100 m² detached house or semi-detached house with terrace (seasonally furnished). 

The ground floor accommodates a living- and dining area, satellite TV, a kitchen (electric stove with 4 cookers, oven, refrigerator, dish-washer, coffeemaker, water boiler, tableware and cutlery), a bedroom with a double bed, shower and a separate WC.

Upstairs are two bedrooms. Both have a double bed, telephone and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
