COVID-19 measures Van der Valk Resort Linstow

As a family business, Van der Valk gives the highest priority to the health, safety and well-being of our guests and employees and takes appropriate measures.

We naturally hope that this will help prevent further spread of the Corona virus. Our family business has been an important meeting place in our society for many decades. Many social networks are established within our branches and are maintained there.

The operators of hotels, holiday homes, camping sites, caravan parks and comparable offers, such as home sharing, are prohibited from accommodating persons for tourist purposes. The generally mentioned measures apply until April 19, 2020.

Dear guests, we are aware that the state of mutual trust is preceded by a considerable degree of transparency and authenticity. We therefore take the initiative at this point and actively familiarize you with our travel guidelines and the temporarily adjusted closing and opening times in times of the Corona crisis.

Travel guidelines for guests with direct bookings (via the hotel's website, by telephone reservation or email) until April 19, 2020:

  • Guests with a stay in the above mentioned period: if you have booked your hotel booking before March 16, 2020, you will benefit from the option to rebook until the end 2020.
  • Guests with a stay in the above mentioned period with a non-refundable rate or who have already made a prepayment: you can receive a voucher in the amount of the deposit made in addition to the choice of a rebooking.
  • Guests who made a booking in the above mentioned period and have a ‘Holiday for two’-voucher: you can use the voucher for a new booking until December 19th, 2020.

Due to the by COVID-19 limited travel options, we have discontinued the operation of the hotel as well as the gastronomic offer of Van der Valk Resort Linstow until April 19, 2020.

Arrival and departure

The rented holiday houses are available for occupation from 04.00 pm till 10:00 am on the day of departure. The hotel rooms are available from 02:00 pm onwards. For arrivals after 18:00 pm please contact our reception. The reception is open 24:00 hours.

Layette

potty, baby bath etc. - to rent for a rental fee individually on site plus deposit
potty € 5.00 / changing mat € 5.00 / baby bath € 5.00

Beauty / Resort Linstow SPA

Our spa area is open daily for you from 09:00 am / Appointments can be made from 11:00 am on Tel.: 038457 - 71044. Please book in advance and make an appointment.

Linen

Bed linen is included in our price. We provide freshly beds made on arrival.

Bowling Center

Our Bowling Center is open every day from 02:00 pm (please also make note of the current information displayed). For reservation of bowling lanes until 02:00 pm please call: 038457 - 71021, for reservation from 02:00 pm onwards please call: 038457 - 710 35.

Cleaning

The final cleaning of the house /apartment is included in the price.

Waterpark

Daily admission until the day of departure included, seasonal opening hours please note.

Bicycles / Bicycle rental

Bicycles can be rented directly from us at the resort. Our bike rental is open daily. Reservations under Tel.: 038458 - 8011. For example: Touring bike from € 10.00 p. day

Breakfast

If you stay in a hotel room: breakfast is included in the room price (unless otherwise stated or agreed). If you are staying in a holiday cottage/flat: you can book the breakfast for € 10.00 per person and day, this takes place daily from 06:30 am till 10:30 am.

Lost property

For lost and found property, please contact our reception on: 038457 -71021. After departure, please contact housekeeping on: 038457 71081.

Barbeque

You are welcome to enjoy a BBQ with an electric grill. Grilling with charcoal or wood grills is unfortunately not allowed because of the high risk of fire. It is no problem, if you don’t have your own electric grill available. For € 5.00 / day you can borrow an electric grill from reception.

Towels

Rental Towel packages are available on request for a fee of € 10, 00 p. package. (1 package contains to 2 large and 2 small towels and 1 bath mat). 

Half Board / All Inclusive

You are welcome to book HP or All Inclusive, All Inclusive is bookable from 2 nights. You can find our current catering prices here.

High chair

There is 1 high chair included per cottage / unit rental. Additional high chairs can be booked for € 9.00 per week in the houses; € 4.00 per day at the hotel.

Restaurant

Our á la carte restaurant opens daily from 12:00 noon. Please make table reservations on Tel.: 038457 710 86. 

Our themed restaurant

in the Plaza Atrium offers a buffet. The buffet commences daily from 05:30 pm. To avoid disappointment please make a reservation beforehand. (Please note the seasonal opening times).
The Buffet price is from € 23.00 p. p.

Travel cot

On request we can provide you with a travel bed (without mattress). For an extra charge € 30.00 p. Stay up to 7 nights, from 8 nights € 40.00.

Consumption costs

Usage costs Additional costs (electricity, water, heating) are included in the service price.

Electric cars

Charging electric cars via the house connection of the holiday homes/cottages is not permitted.
