Arrival and departure
The rented holiday home is available to you from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. The hotel rooms are available to you from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. If arriving after 9:00 PM, we ask for notification, our reception is staffed continuously.
Baby equipment
You are welcome to borrow a potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, or baby bathtub for a fee and deposit at the reception, Tel. +49 (0)38457 71021
Beauty / Resort Linstow SPA
Our spa area is open for you daily from 9:00 AM. Appointments can be made from 10:00 AM at Tel.: +49 (0)38457 - 71044. We kindly ask for timely registration and scheduling.
Bedding
is included in the travel price. We provide made beds upon arrival.
Bowling center
Open from Monday to Sunday from 15:00 or 17:00 (please refer to current information). Reservation of our bowling lanes until 14:00 at Tel. +49 (0)38457 71021, reservation after 14:00 at Tel.: +49 (0)38457 710 35.
Final cleaning
The holiday house / vacation apartment is included in the service price.
Adventure pool
Open daily from 10:00 AM / except Mondays / please note current opening hours.
Bicycles / Bicycle Rental
The rental is located in the log cabin opposite the adventure playground. Bicycles, e-bikes, buggies/pushcarts, inline skates, e-choppers, and much more.

Breakfast
You are welcome to add breakfast, which takes place daily from 06:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Per person/day: € 20.00, per child 4 - 12 years/day: € 10.00, children from 0 - 3 years free of charge.

Grilling
You can rent an electric grill at reception for a fee and deposit. Grilling with charcoal is strictly prohibited.

You always have an ATM available in our lobby, near the à la carte restaurant.

Towel packages for holiday homes available on request for a fee (1 package includes 2 large and 2 small towels as well as 1 bathmat) € 15.00 per package.
Half board
You are welcome to book half board with breakfast and dinner. Drinks with dinner are not included in the price. Price from € 48.00 per person/day, children from 4 to 12 years 50% discount
Pet fee
Your pet is welcome with us. In the restaurants, except for the Plaza area, the presence of animals is prohibited. Fee from € 15.00 per night.

Washing machines and dryers are located at the rear entrance of the main building. Washing coin and detergent tabs available from € 5.00 at the reception.
