Conferences & Events

A cancellation must be submitted to us in writing and dated. No rights can be derived from oral cancellations. The date of receipt of the letter, fax or e-mail is considered the final cancellation date. The entire reservation value, based on the latest confirmation of the group, event or conference, serves as the basis for the amount owed by the client from the contract.
