Our little getaway at Van der Falk Resort Linstow – and why we definitely want to come back ❤️ Some places are just more than a vacation destination. For us, Van der Valk Resort Linstow is exactly such a place – a piece of home for a time, full of memories, laughter, and very special moments.
We've been there so often – and yet every time feels like the first time.
Whether it's a spontaneous day in the warm water, while everyday life waits outside... Whether it's a fun evening at the bowling alley, where we laughed until we cried... Whether it's an exuberant schlager party, where we could forget everything around us... Or a cozy brunch, where we sat together for hours without looking at the clock... The resort has given us so many little moments of happiness.
What remains particularly in our memory is a long weekend just for us – Ulfi and I. Just getting away, breathing, having time for each other. Walks, good food, conversations deep into the night. This peace... this arriving... it's unforgettable.
And then there was our very special Christmas 🎄✨
We just wanted to do everything differently – no stress, no hustle. So we quickly packed up the whole family:
Kilian and Helene, Tizian, Ulfi and I, our grandma Mimi – and of course, our faithful companion Desmond couldn't be missing 🐾
It was a Christmas full of warmth, laughter, and togetherness.
We ate, played, laughed together, and simply enjoyed the time. No obligations – just us as a family. Exactly what really matters.
And that’s exactly why this place means so much to us.
The Van der Valk Resort Linstow is not just a resort for us.
It's a place where memories are made.
A place where you come to rest.
A place you always want to return to.
And that's exactly why we would be so delighted to experience this happiness once more.

A few years ago, I went on holiday with my kids at your vacation house. As a single mom, it was my first vacation in a long time. My children made friends with the kids from the holiday home opposite and played together every day. As it turned out, a single dad with his 2 kids was vacationing there. It didn’t take long before we started doing things together with the kids, went to the swimming pool, ate ice cream, rode pedal cars, and grilled on the terrace together in the evening. It was a wonderful holiday, and from the two teams of three, we became one big "us." We are now married and a large, happy blended family. At your place, you can not only have a great holiday but also find happiness.
