Terms and Conditions:

1.These terms and conditions apply to the "Win back your stay!" promotion of Van der Valk Resort Linstow GmbH, located at Krakower Chaussee 1, 18292 Linstow. VAT number: DE 201 231 580 (hereinafter "Van der Valk Resort Linstow"). The promotion is valid from March 2025 for an indefinite period.

2.Anyone who enters their data and leaves a review on the online portals, and thus participates in this promotion, agrees to the terms and conditions of the promotion. The Van der Valk Resort Linstow aims to increase its visibility on Google with this competition.

3.If you leave a review for the Van der Valk Resort Linstow on the aforementioned portals, you have the chance to win back your stay in the form of a voucher under the stated conditions. The prize draw takes place once a month. The winner will be notified by email. The winner is drawn by Van der Valk Resort Linstow through a random selection process. If the winner does not contact Van der Valk Resort Linstow within 2 days after notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn from the pool of valid participants. The same applies if false information is provided that prevents the delivery of the prize.

4.Participation is excluded for persons under 18 years of age. The Van der Valk Resort Linstow reserves the right to cancel the prize if the participant is under 18 years old. The winner may be required to provide proof of age and identity, as well as any necessary documents to confirm eligibility to claim the prize.

5.The stay must be redeemed within 12 months after winning the contest. The winner can freely choose the date they wish to stay. However, the overnight stay is subject to availability and is not valid on public holidays. Travel costs are not included in the prize. This prize is not transferable to other persons or redeemable for cash, even if the winner has already made an existing booking for the Van der Valk Resort Linstow.

6.Van der Valk Resort Linstow reserves the right to make changes to the promotion, regardless of the reason.

8.Legal recourse is excluded.

9.Data protection is a top priority at Van der Valk Resort Linstow. All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

As part of the execution of the competition, we only collect personal data of the winners such as name and email address and, if applicable, postal address, which are necessary for the shipping of the prizes. This data will only be used for the shipping of the prizes and will be deleted after the competition is completed. The provided data will be used exclusively by Van der Valk Resort Linstow and will not be shared with third parties.
