Tell us your best holiday memory and become part of our anniversary event. For 25 years, we have been creating special holiday moments—be it family time, romantic getaways, or unforgettable experiences. These are exactly the stories we want to hear and see from you.

With a bit of luck, your story may be chosen among the top 25—and you will secure a chance to win attractive prizes for new special moments.

Terms and Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions apply to the promotional campaign "Most Beautiful Vacation Stories - 25 Years" of Van der Valk Resort Linstow GmbH, located at Krakower Chaussee 1, 18292 Linstow. VAT number: DE 201 231 580 (hereinafter "Van der Valk Resort Linstow"). The promotion is valid from April 2026 until the end of May 2026. The submission deadline is May 3, 2026.

2. Anyone who enters their data and submits a holiday story and thus participates in this promotion agrees to the terms and conditions of the promotion. You confirm that you are the author of the submitted content and that the content may be published as part of the promotion. This includes your own website and the social media channel of the Van der Valk Resort Linstow, as well as on-site at the resort. The submission will be released for public voting.

3. If you submit a vacation story for the Van der Valk Resort Linstow using the form above, you have the chance to secure attractive prizes. The prize draw will take place on May 31, 2026. The winner will be notified by email. The drawing of the winners is based on the top 25 vacation stories selected by Van der Valk Resort Linstow. If the winner does not contact Van der Valk Resort Linstow within 2 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn from the remaining best vacation stories of the valid participants. The same applies if incorrect information is provided that prevents the delivery of the prize.

4. Participation is excluded for persons under 18 years of age. The Van der Valk Resort Linstow reserves the right to cancel the prize if the participant is under 18 years old. The winner may be required to provide proof of age and identity, as well as all necessary documents to confirm eligibility to claim the prize.

5. The Van der Valk Resort Linstow reserves the right to make changes to the promotion, regardless of the reason.

6. Legal recourse is excluded.

7. Data protection is given high priority at Van der Valk Resort Linstow. All personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.

As part of the execution of the contest, we collect only the personal data of the winners, such as name and email address, which are necessary for shipping the prizes. This data is used solely for the shipment of the prizes and will be deleted after the contest is completed. The provided data will be used exclusively by Van der Valk Resort Linstow.
