Tell us your most beautiful vacation memory and become part of our anniversary campaign. For 25 years, we have been creating special vacation moments - whether family time, a romantic getaway, or unforgettable experiences. These are the stories we want to hear and see from you.

With a bit of luck, your story might be chosen among the top 25 - granting you the chance to win attractive prizes for new special moments.

Terms and conditions:

1. These terms and conditions apply to the promotional campaign "Most Beautiful Holiday Stories - 25 Years" by Van der Valk Resort Linstow GmbH, located at Krakower Chaussee 1, 18292 Linstow. VAT number: DE 201 231 580 (hereinafter "Van der Valk Resort Linstow"). The promotion is valid from April 2026 until the end of May 2026. The deadline for submissions is May 3, 2026.

2. Everyone who enters their data and submits a holiday story, thereby participating in this campaign, agrees to the terms and conditions of the campaign. You confirm that you are the author of the submitted content and that the content may be published as part of the campaign. This includes the Van der Valk Resort Linstow's own website and social media channel, as well as on-site at the resort. The submission will be released for public voting.

3. If you submit a vacation story for the Van der Valk Resort Linstow using the form above, you have the chance to secure attractive prizes. The prize drawing will take place on May 31, 2026. The winner will be notified by email. The winners will be drawn from the top 25 vacation stories selected by Van der Valk Resort Linstow. If the winner does not contact Van der Valk Resort Linstow within 2 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn from the other most beautiful vacation stories of the eligible participants. The same applies if incorrect information is provided that prevents delivery of the prize.

4. Participation is excluded for persons under 18 years of age. Van der Valk Resort Linstow has the right to cancel the prize if the participant is under 18 years old. The winner may be required to provide proof of age and identity, as well as all necessary documents to confirm eligibility for claiming the prize.

5. The Van der Valk Resort Linstow reserves the right to make changes to the promotion, regardless of the reason.

6. Legal recourse is excluded.

7. Data protection is a top priority at Van der Valk Resort Linstow. All personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.

As part of conducting the sweepstakes, we only collect personal data of the winners such as name and email address, which are necessary for shipping the prizes. These data are only used for the shipping of the prizes and are deleted after the sweepstakes are concluded. The provided data will be used exclusively by the Van der Valk Resort Linstow.
