Dear guest,

Van der Valk Resort Linstow is open for both business and tourist stays.

Important information:

  • 3G regulation for business travelers: access for cured, vaccinated and tested persons. Special rules apply to travel for professional reasons or due to a special socio-ethical obligation, such as attending a funeral service. Unvaccinated guests may also be accommodated for these purposes. However, these must then be tested daily. For vaccinated guests, the 2Gplus rules apply as for tourist overnight stays.
  • 2G+ regulation for touristic overnight stays and day guests: access only for vaccinated and recovered persons and with a negative test
  • Test info: max. 24 hours and every three days - self-tests are sufficient, also purchasable at our resort, certificate/documentation necessary
  • Excluded - no test required: children under 7 and boosted people
  • Excluded - test required: 7 to 17-year-olds, pregnant women (until the end of April), people who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons
  • Corona test center nearby: Hans-Beimler-Str. 17 in Hohen Wangelin (approx. 3 km) - overview of all the test centers in MV
  • All facilities open except indoor playground, sauna, bowling and pub
  • AHA rules apply
  • If possible, use the LUCA app to register your stay
  • Wearing a mouth mask is mandatory (FFP2 or surgical mask) throughout the resort

Below we explain to you what measures Van der Valk has designed to secure the health and safety of guests and employees, with the aim of counteracting the spread of the corona virus and avoiding the risk of infection in our hotels.

In the “1.5 meter society” we work:

  • according to the guidelines and regulations of the federal government, the federal states, local authorities and the Robert Koch Institute
  • according to management instructions from the Van der Valk family concerning the COVID 19 pandemic
  • with stringent work process monitoring in the field of cleaning activities and tightened hygiene measures throughout the hotel. This also includes the close-meshed disinfection of public areas (e.g. door handles, reception counter, hallways, elevator buttons, light switches, etc.) using antiviral substances.
  • with gloves and, if necessary, with a face mask
  • with spit protection walls at the reception
  • with minimum distance markings on the floors of waiting- and lounge areas
  • with information for walking routes and waiting areas
  • provision of disinfectant dispensers
  • restaurant service in compliance with the prescribed contact and distance regulations
  • contactless payment by card or bank transfer
  • offer hygiene kits for a fee
